ANALYSIS OF INDICATORS OF LABOR EFFICIENCY IN REGIONAL ENTERPRISES OF PROCESSING INDUSTRY

The article has developed scientifically based proposals and recommendations for improving the socio-economic mechanism for increasing the efficiency of personnel activities at industrial enterprises in the region in the context of economic modernization. When analyzing labor efficiency at manufacturing enterprises, its relationship with labor productivity has been determined. When calculating the indicators necessary for analyzing labor productivity, the gross value added for the industry and the annual quantitative indicators of employment in the industry were used.
