Today, intelligent technologies are widely used in the building materials industry to further deepen economic reforms and accelerate the development of the industry, develop new modern building materials and expand their range. Therefore, the joint use of intelligent technologies to create hybrid intelligence, including evolutionary algorithms and software tools that increase the efficiency of solving construction problems, remains an open question. The article examines these problems, current trends and the possibilities for their solution. In addition, a more complete framework has been proposed for intelligent decision-making systems (IDMS) with the building information model.
