Method and algorithms for measuring the signs of biomedical indicators of medical diagnostics

Аннотация

The analysis of the existing provisions of the development of electrophysiological research is given. The main attention is paid to electrophysiological diagnostic methods, analysis, measurement and processing of the electrocardiosignal. A technique for automatic medical diagnostics of electrophysiological parameters with the extraction of fragments during signal processing is proposed. At the same time, according to the established formal characteristics, they differ from each other according to the selected criterion or by a set of criteria with a given reliability. An algorithm for converting biosignals to isolate fragments and features for automatic diagnostics of patient conditions is proposed.
