Prospects for Development of Industrial Housing Construction

The article discusses modern methods of housing construction and proposes the use of industrial methods of housing construction in Uzbekistan. The most important condition for urban construction is the tight deadlines for the construction of facilities. In urban residential development, apartment buildings erected using prefabricated reinforced concrete structures should prevail. With the growth of urbanization, a steady upward trend in demand for innovative products from precast enterprises is expected. This is evidenced by the experience of many developed countries and the examples discussed in the article.
