The role of investment in economic growth

Annotation: The Uzbek economy has suffered much less than the economies of most countries in the world. The positive growth rate continued but declined from 2019 to 2020. The growth of incomes of the population due to the growth of wages and remittances, as well as the growth of investment volumes due to decentralized sources and allocated loans, became, according to the Central Bank, factors supporting aggregate demand in the economy, which is one of the most important stimuli of economic growth in the context of its recovery.
