Change in phospholipid composition and activity phospholipase A2 in hyperglycemia

AbstractThe article presents data on the study of the activity of membrane phospholipase A2 of liver mitochondria, as a result of this, as you know, there is a change in the permeability of biomembranes. In the dynamics of hyperglycemia, in the body of animals, the hydrolytic activity of phospholipase A2 changes in proportion to the increase in blood sugar. The materials of the article allow us to understand the patterns of changes in the phospholipid composition, their metabolites and the activity of lipolytic enzymes of mitochondrial membranes in hyperglycemia. Here, too, the sugar-lowering and membrane-correcting effect of tincture from leaves and walnut kernels has been studied.
