The results of studies of qualitative morphofunctional characteristics of thrombocytes in patients with COPD with I-II-III severity arepresented.The technique of a thrombocytopogramfor diagnostic and prognostic purpose is offered.It wasestablished that the main and decisive moment of the onset of thrombosis of any blood vessel in the body is the initial formation of a platelet thrombosis.
