Social-cultural characteristics of Uzbek and English medical speech

This article is focused on a comparative study of social-cultural peculiarities of medical speech in the English and Uzbek languages. The study deals with the similarities and distinctive features of the topic of conversation, addressing, greeting expressions. Instances are provided in both languages.
