Production program of maintenance and repair of rolling stock of multidiscipline transportation enterprises

Abstract: Diversified transport enterprises carry out the transportation of goods, loading and unloading, road construction and agricultural and other types of work, meeting the needs of the national economy. To ensure an uninterrupted transportation process, on their own, they organize technical service and repair of rolling stock. When organizing the technological process and modernizing the enterprise, problems arise with the definition of a production program for the technical service and repair of rolling stock, which consists of cars of various brands and modifications, road construction (forklifts, truck cranes, bulldozers) and agricultural machines (tractors). A method is proposed for determining the production program for the maintenance and repair of equipment of multidisciplinary transport enterprises, which combines the methods of routine maintenance according to the service book, periodic maintenance and repair of cars as needed, as well as the measured operating time (operating time) in motorcycle hours.
