Аннотация

In the paper has presented the system of regular automation monitoring of changes in the state of groundwater under the influence of natural and techno genic factors, directly related organizationally and methodically to solving the problems of forecasting and managing resources, groundwater quality and regime. Study the operation of irrigation systems operation services and reclamation inspections, which have a dense network of points of irrigation hygrometry, wells and piezometers, do not allow to quickly and timely assess the land reclamation state and make an organizational (monitoring) and technical decision. Automation of this service based on modern information and communication and GIS technologies allowed, firstly, to significantly reduce the time of collecting and analyzing information for making operational management decisions, and secondly, to significantly increase reliability, excluding the human factor, and also: to carry out visualization in the form of digital data and maps on the level, chemical composition and physical properties of groundwater; to assess the condition of the flooded territories, as well as perform a comprehensive assessment of these territories; based on the use of modern technical and software to integrate, analyze and provide information support for managerial decision-making to prevent negative consequences.
