The article deals with the problems of determining the main quality indicators of a telecommunications network with different types of communication channels and the time-varying structure of their functioning to ensure the specified reliability, reliability and time of delivery of protected messages to information consumers. The main method of solving this problem is using analytical and simulation methods on personal computers.
