Building an information model of the main industries of the oil extraction enterprise

Some failures in the use of modern information technology for the management of industrial complexes, associations, enterprises are associated with an insufficient assessment of the required composition of tasks, their complexity, priority, the possibility of implementing algorithms on information computing systems and the prospects for the practical use of the results of solving the problem. The article considers the construction of an information model of the main production with a discrete-continuous character, on the example of a fat and oil enterprise. For these purposes, we used the methods of graph theory for the qualitative description of the object, which then make it easier to switch to a quantitative analytical representation of the object model. The task of constructing an information model for the considered fat and oil production is reduced to such a choice of control parameters (operating modes of individual units) for the distribution of material and energy flows, at which the maximum possible production efficiency is ensured within the framework imposed on the system of production restrictions, which is assessed using the efficiency criterion, reflecting the degree of compliance of the obtained solutions with the set management goal. It is proposed to build an information management system for an oil extraction enterprise on the basis of interrelated sub-models, into which it is divided in the process of decomposition of the general model into a multi-level hierarchical system.
