CREATING A FAVORABLE LEGAL FRAMEWORK TO ATTRACT FOREIGN INVESTORS - A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF UZBEKISTAN, KAZAKHSTAN AND SOME DEVELOPED COUNTRIES

This article discusses the legislations of the Republics of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan on foreign investment and analyze the history of investment legislation of these two countries. Furthermore, legislations of developed countries such as Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia will be studied in order to suggest appropriate legal environment for the Republic of Uzbekistan on attracting foreign investment. In conclusion, this research will be comparative review of different jurisdictions on investment and the ways of improving Uzbekistan’s legal framework will be suggested.\n\n
