Choice of access of cataract extraction in children with connected cataract

The article provides a prospective analysis of the case histories of children with congenital cataracts hospitalized in the eye department of the clinic of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute for the period from 2020 to 2021. The results of the analysis showed that an adequately chosen surgical approach in the treatment of congenital cataracts not only improves visual functions but also reduces postoperative early and late complications.\n\n\nAccording to the results of the study, all children in the postoperative period were recommended antibacterial, anti-inflammatory treatment for one month to eliminate the secondary postoperative infection.
