Аннотация

The Orkhon inscriptions were known through the work of Johann von Strahlenbeg, who was captured by the Russians in the early 18th century. However, the first scientific missions for research purposes could only be sent at the end of the 19th century. The first missions were Finnish research missions sent in 1889-1888. These inscriptions, which provide information about the understanding of the state and administration of the Turkish Bodun (Turkish people), its cultural elements, its relations with its neighbors and cognates, and its social life, contain many elements conceptually. The original works created by Ali Şir Nevayi, who is accepted as the founder of the Uzbek written language and influenced from India in the east to the Ottoman geography in the west, were met with great interest and appreciated in the Turkish World. Over the years, commentaries and dictionaries have been written on his works.\n\n\nIn this study, the use of the concept of positive type, which is the basic element of society and the understanding of the state, in the Orhun Inscriptions and Ali Şir Nevai works will be emphasized and its usage areas will be tried to be determined.\n\n\n
