FROM THE HISTORY OF ANTHROPOGENIC DEVELOPMENT SOUTHWESTERN TERRITORIES OF CENTRAL ASIA DURING THE MIDDLE PLEISTOCENE
Аннотация
The development of the Central Asian region by our ancestors took place almost a million years ago (for example, the monuments of Kuldar, Chashma). In this region with favorable natural and climatic conditions, rich in flora and fauna, several dozen monuments of the Early Paleolithic (open and closed habitats, finds) have been discovered and studied. Some of these monuments are located in the southwestern regions of Central Asia, such as Yangadzha 1, Karatengir, Krasnovodsk 39 km, Janak (Begarslandag and Alamkul), Kaskirbulak, Junurpa and other Paleolithic monuments of Turkmenistan. The article presents scientific information on the physical and geographical changes in the territory of Turkmenistan in the Quaternary (Pleistocene) period, paleoclimate, natural conditions, flora and fauna, as well as the development of this region by our ancient ancestors. In this regard, the article focuses on the study of the above-mentioned monuments of the Early Paleolithic period, the stone industry, cultural and periodic features, as well as some comments on the first migrations in the region.\n\n\n
