FEATURES OF LEGAL CAPACITY AND LEGAL CAPACITY OF A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
Аннотация
In the conditions of market relations, it is important to determine and improve the legal status of participants in economic transactions. At the same time, the importance of this or that structure in the implementation of such activities as entrepreneurship, production, services is invaluable. In this regard, it is important to create consistent and acceptable mechanisms of legal regulation of the participation of economic entities in civil relations and the implementation of relevant economic activities, the creation of rules that are important for their subjective status. As one of such subjects of civil law, a limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as LLC) differs from other types of business companies in its legal status and nature of subjectivity, uniqueness and efficiency of participation in the relevant field of business. A special feature of an LLC as a civil legal entity is that its participants are not responsible for the LLC's obligations. This situation motivates the participants to choose the LLC form as the most optimal and convenient form of doing business.
