Perinatal risks of newborns depending on the type of diabetes mellitus of their mother

. In the last decade, there has been an increasing and "rejuvenation" of incidences of diabetes. The main issues are management of pregnancy women with diabetes mellitus and providing appropriate care of their newborns on the type of diabetes mellitus of their mothersin the early neonatal period.Purpose to conduct a comparative analysis of the priorities of perinatal risks of newborns depending on the type of diabetes mellitus of their mothersin the early neonatal period. The study included 30 newborns from healthy mothers who had no cases of hyperglycemia, and 53 children were born from mothers with various types of diabetes mellitus. Diabetes mellitus adversely affects on the adaptation of the respiratory and central nervous systems, leads to violation of carbohydrate metabolism of a hypoglycemic nature, also diabetic fetopathy were revealed.
