ETIOLOGICAL FACTORS OF ACUTE PNEUMONIA IN CHILDREN OF EARLY AGE WITH COMPLEX CONGENITAL HEART DEFECTS

Aim. To study some etiological factors of acute pneumonia in young children with complex congenital heart defects.\n\nMethods. During 2017-2020 years, 37 children in early age with acute pneumonia on the background of complex, combined and simple congenital heart defects were examined.\n\nResults. In the development of acute pneumonia on the background of complex and combined congenital heart defects, the course of the mother's pregnancy, the premorbid background of the disease and the causative agents are important.\n\nConclusions. The most influential in the development of complex and combined congenital heart defects is the frequent infectious diseases of the mother in the 1st trimester. Protein-energy deficiency is the most common premorbid pathology in acute pneumonia on the background of complex and combined congenital heart defects. The features of the bacterial spectrum of acute pneumonia in young children with complex congenital heart defects consisted in the fact that Streptococcus pneumoniae was two times more likely to become the causative agent of the disease
