The role of ultrasonic control in punctional-draining interventions of complicated forms of bacterial lung destruction in children

. The results of treatment of 87 patients with complicated pulmonary-pleural forms of bacterial destruction of the lungs, who underwent puncture-draining interventions under ultrasound control, were analyzed. A comparative assessment of the effectiveness of the performed puncture-drainage interventions under the control of ultrasonic scanning showed a high clinical efficiency of its implementation. This method of treatment allows the prevention of severe complications in the lung and pleural cavity, prevents the chronization of the process and the conduct of open more traumatic traditional surgical interventions.
