Features of the treatment of peritonitis by the lymphatic pathway
Аннотация
Abstract: The therapeutic effect of endolymphatic injection of drugs is based on three mechanisms of action: the creation of the maximum long-term therapeutic concentrations of drugs in biological fluids, lymph nodes and in the focus of inflammation, due to the tropism of antibiotics to the lymphatic system, their ability to come into contact with lymphocytes of the lymph nodes;  normalization of the microcirculation system at the level of circulation of biological fluids in microvessels and interstitium;  immunomodulatory effect, manifested in direct contact of the immunomodulator with immunocompetent cells of the lymph node.  A promising therapeutic effect is the method of endolymphatic administration of immunomodulators, since the latter have a direct effect on certain subpopulations of T- and B-lymphocytes of lymph nodes.  Analysis of clinical data showed that no allergic reactions were observed with the endolymphatic route of administration of antibiotics.
