Abstract: The aim of our study is to improve the diagnosis of osteoid osteoma by describing the detailed radiation characteristics depending on the location of the lesion. We studied 31 patients with prolonged pain in the extremities, worsening at night, in some cases there is a suspicion of arthritis and synovitis. The average age of the patients was 21 + 0.7 years. All patients underwent digital radiography and MSCT. When studying patients, especially young people, with complaints of nonspecific pain syndrome, it is necessary to be alert and take into account the high probability of detecting osteoid osteoma.
