Features of the management of property rights of authors and subjects of related rights

        Abstract: The article analyzes the necessity and peculiarities of collective management of property rights of authors and subjects of related rights, the main aspects of the rules for the management of property rights in international norms of national legislation. Also, the content of normative legal acts on economic support of rights holders through the management of property rights, as well as payment to rights holders is covered. The need for government support of organizations that collectively manage property rights is justified.
