THE OBJECTIVE SIDE OF THE CRIME IN THE ROMANA-GERMANIC FAMILY OF LAW

Abstract: In the theory of criminal law, as well as the elements of the structure of the crime, the characteristics of each of them are clearly distinguished. Even if this separation is made, they form an entire system of internal interconnectedness called the criminal structure. The structure of the crime combines objective and subjective features, as well as the features of the objective element serve to identify individual subjective features.
