The article deals with the problem of the generative basis of language in the\nframework of various concepts, in particular, in the theory of generative grammar. Modern\nscientific concepts, in contrast to generative grammar, identify the deep substance of the\nbrain as the generative basis of language, the three-dimensional neural substances of which\nestablish and coordinate all the processes of generation and actualization of speech acts.
