Аннотация

Abstract: Needs for improving the quality through the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in teaching in higher education requires to develop theoretical and methodological bases of the educational process in higher education institutions of our country in the current globalization and the organization of the educational process with the effective use of e-learning resources, in particular, the use of the concept of blended education and improving the quality of education. This article deals with the main approaches in using ICT in education.
