Аннотация

This paper describes the features of the formation of the structure of gas-thermal coatings. Statistical methods for constructing mathematical models of the process are examined, on the basis of which the regularities of the influence of technological modes on the distribution of the thickness of plasma coatings are established, recommendations are developed for choosing their optimal values, guaranteeing the production of layers with uniform thickness. The paper proposes an approach to modeling technological processes of forming the structure of plasma coatings and an assessment of their functional characteristics. The results of experimental studies illustrating the performance of the developed optimization technology are presented.
