This article focuses on developing and implementing innovative projects where special attention is paid. They are expanding the possibilities of synchronization with the enterprise’s strategic planning and budgeting system based on developing an effective mechanism for managing business processes. Considering resource capabilities and limitations, which allow innovative technologies to move to a new level of quality, suggestions and recommendations are given.
