Development of a method for express diagnostics of the state of insulation of electrical equipment

In the article, based on the analysis of existing methods for diagnosing the state of insulation of electrical equipment, it is concluded that it is necessary to develop a method for express diagnostics. The theoretical substantiation of the possibility of implementing the method of express diagnostics for the transient process in the oscillatory circuit is given, the insulation capacitance is the secondary winding of the induction voltage pulse generator (IVPG). A theoretical justification is given and the calculation of the IVPG parameters is carried out.The design of the developed IVPG is presented and the results of its tests are presented. The data of laboratory and production tests of the method are presented, confirming the correctness of the selected areas of research. Directions for further research have been identified.
