Intellectual role of civil property protection in the world experience of law enforcement and legislation

Intellectual property right is an intellectual (intellectual) right that belongs to the result of the activity of the initiator of the actions of the rights holder or owner. The owner has the right to the absolute legal use of such property, at his discretion, in any form and in any way.
