THE ARTICLE EXAMINES THE ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF THE COMPENSATION MODEL FOR LABOR REMUNERATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF A MODERN MARKET ECONOMY. THIS METHOD OF PAYMENT OF LABOR HAS A GREAT IMPACT ON THE EMPLOYEES OF THE FIRM AS WELL AS ON THE INCREASE IN THE PROFIT AND PROFITABILITY OF THE FIRM IN THE ACCOUNT OF COMPENSATING ITS EMPLOYEE LABOR. THE IDEA OF COMPENSATION MANAGEMENT AROSE IN THE CONDITIONS OF A COMPLEX, COMPETITIVE STRUGGLE OF THE GLOBAL ECONOMY, IN WHICH ALL ENTERPRISES COULD PAY ATTENTION TO THE PROFITABILITY AND EFFICIENCY OF PRODUCTION. THE CREATION OF A SYSTEM OF REWARDING WORKERS BASED ON LABOR PRODUCTIVITY IS A KEY FACTOR THAT ENCOURAGES THE EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCE OF THE TEAM
