Polypharmacy in prescribing drugs to elderly patients

A certain contribution to the appointment of OZLS is made by doctors following the recommendations for managing patients with a certain nosology, which in most cases are based on randomized controlled clinical trials, specifically excluding elderly people with multimorbidity.
