The secretion of enzymes by the pancreas during hypokinesia has been studied. The results obtained showed that during hypokinesia, the content of amylase, total protein and total proteolytic activity in the pancreatic tissue increases. And lipolytic activity in them is reduced. Changes in the activity of enzymes and the content of total protein in the pancreatic tissue depend on the duration of the stay of rats in a state of hypokinesia.
