Аннотация

Abstract: The article provides an overview of modern and promising methods for diagnosing non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), discusses the role of non-invasive diagnostic methods to assess the severity of necroinflammatory processes and liver fibrosis in patients with NAFLD. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is increasingly being diagnosed worldwide and is considered the most common liver disease. The incidence is rapidly increasing due to the ongoing epidemic of obesity, metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Diagnosis of the disease at an early stage is of great prognostic value and, often asymptomatic course of the process, requires a targeted diagnostic search for the disease in people with high risk. In recent years, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) has taken a leading position among chronic liver disease and prevalence continues to rise but cause concern, since this pathology is associated with a high risk of developing cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) and progression liver pathology.
