Abstract. In recent years, a steady increase in the number of patients receiving programmed hemodialysis has been recorded all over the world. This trend is associated with the progressive development of chronic renal failure, including end-stage. This study provides data on the effect of dyslepidymia on the course of chronic kidney disease and the quality of life of patients, which act as an independent criterion for the severity of the disease, since they also have a correlation with many indicators of the clinical and functional status of patients on programmed hemodialysis.
