THE CRITERIA FOR THE EFFECTIVESS OF THE ACTION OF MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS AND EMPLOYEES OF PMSP ON THE PREVENTION OF NON-INFECTIOUS DISEASES

Abstract: The problems of assessing the effectiveness of the health care system and directly medical organizations are largely related to the fact that most studies are based on information approved in the prescribed manner forms observation that does not take into account the regional characteristics of the organization of medical care. Assessing the effectiveness of human resource management of medical organizations of the state healthcare system , providing primary health care to the adult population, directly involved in provision of medical services, and the objectivity of the use of generally accepted statistical indicators for this purpose.
