Аннотация

Abstract. The purpose of the present investigation was to carry out a comparative analysis of the expression indices of antibodies to collagen type I and their relationship with Mg+2 ions in patients with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (UCTD). 208 patients aged 15-25 (19,9±1,42) with UCTD phenotypic features were investigated. EchoCG findings of patients with UCTD revealed mitral valve prolapse (MVP) with Ist and IInd degrees of regurgitation, minor heart anomalies (MHA) and marked Mg+2 ion level decreasing and type I collagen autoantibodies titers increasing. The dynamics of changes of antibody levels, as well as magnesium levels depending on the severity of the clinical course of UCTD can serve as a method of assessing the progression of the pathological process and the prognosis of the disease.
