PRACTICAL IMPORTANCE OF THE TRANSFORMATIONAL INTERPRETATION OF THE PHENOMENON OF FREEDOM IN ANCIENT TIMES AND IN CONTEMPORANEITY

The article presents a cooperative analysis of the views of ancient philosophers on freedom and presents the results of sociological research to compare their views with modern ones. In particular, in the process of comparison, the relevance and differences of their views were considered. The results of the study are summarized and based on the fact that freedom is still a pressing issue today.
