Аннотация

The aim of the study was to study the antitumor activity of the new antitumor drug "colhametin" (K-2) on 2 tumor strains. Material and research methods. The study of antitumor activity was performed on 42 outbred and 34 strain mice with transplanted tumors Ehrlich's solid tumor (EST) and AKATOL, which were injected with drugs on the 4th day after tumor inoculation 10 times. The results were evaluated according to standard criteria: tumor growth inhibition (TGI), body weight and spleen weight of animals. Differences were considered significant at p<0.05. Results. The study of the activity of the new developed antitumor drug colhametin (K-2) revealed that the drug inhibits the growth of tumors: AKATOL by 94/91%, Erlikhan's solid tumor by 92/78%, more than 50% more active than colhamin and 9- 20% more active than taxol and etoposide. Conclusions. The studied substance can be submitted for clinical trials, as it meets the requirements for a promising anticancer drug, in addition, its activity is higher than the effect of drugs used for comparison.
