Аннотация

Chemoinduced polyneuropathy (CIP) is one of the most common side effects of chemotherapy. Moreover, a combination of drugs used to treat oncogynecological diseases causes polyneuropathy in 97% of patients. In atypical cells, these drugs promote cell death by interrupting cellular mitosis. However, they also act on the cells of the peripheral and central nervous system. This review describes in detail the pathomechanisms of action of various drugs used in chemotherapy for ovarian cancer on the peripheral nervous system. In addition, an analysis of publications related to CIP from 2010 to 2022 was carried out, the purpose of which was to obtain complete information about the existing methods of treating this pathology.
