TO THE QUESTION OF INTERACTION OF ENDOPROSTHESES WITH BIOTISE IN ALLOGERNIOPLASTY (literature review)
Аннотация
One of the most common surgical diseases is external abdominal hernia, they affect 3-4% of the world's population. Hernioplasty techniques using own tissues and the return of the disease from 25-60%. The introduction of prosthetic hernioplasty into surgical practice has become the "gold standard". However, this has created new problems, wound complications, which include seromas, suppuration, wrinkling, detachment of the prosthesis, etc. According to the literature, the number of complications also depends on the location of the prosthesis in the tissues (onlay, inlay, sublay). Accordingly, various methods of preventing wound complications are used. The analysis of modern literature has shown that the choice of surgical treatment technique, namely, in which layers of the abdominal wall to implant the prosthesis in case of extensive, giant, recurrent postoperative hernias, remains debatable. The issues of prevention of retention complications remain unresolved. The causes of wrinkling of the prosthesis, its separation are not specified. All this indicates the relevance of the problem of surgical treatment of patients with ventral hernias and the search for optimal methods of prosthetic hernioplasty, as well as the prevention of wound complications.
