Abstract: The goal of implantology, as well as reconstructive surgery, is not only to restore functions, comfort, facial anatomy, but also to restore attractiveness and health to a person. Both implantology and reconstructive surgery are planned, premeditated and prepared operations.\n\nThe planning of dental implantation operations and operations to correct jaw defects depends on the state of the bone structures and the quality of the bone tissue. In this regard, when examining patients preparing for dental implantation or osteoplastic surgery for jaw defects, radiation diagnostic methods are necessarily used.
