<em>This article discusses the issues of the formation of pedagogical skills in the course of the educational process. The author in his study points out the relevance of the problems associated with the development of the teacher's pedagogical skills. As part of the study, the experience of various methods of improving pedagogical competence was studied, taking into account the experience of outstanding teachers, theorists and practitioners.</em> <em>The essence of the research topic comes from its significance in the educational process. In the course of the study, an analysis was carried out and recommendations were given on the effective use of appropriate methods for the formation and improvement of the pedagogical skills of teachers.</em> <em>В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы становления педагогического мастерства в ходе образовательного процесса. Автор в своём исследовании указывает на актуальность проблем, связанных со становлением педагогического мастерства преподавателя. В рамках исследования изучен опыт разнообразных методик повышения педагогической компетентности с учётом опыта выдающихся педагогов теоретиков и практиков. Сущность темы исследования исходит из её значимости в образовательном процессе. В ходе исследования проведён анализ и даны рекомендации по результативному использованию соответствующих методик становления и совершенствования педагогического мастерства преподавателей.</em> <em>Ushbu maqolada o'quv jarayoni davomida pedagogik mahoratni shakllantirish masalalari muhokama qilingan. </em><em>Muallif o'z tadqiqotida o'qituvchining pedagogik mahoratini rivojlantirish bilan bog'liq muammolarning dolzarbligini ko'rsatadi. Tadqiqot doirasida taniqli o'qituvchilar, nazariyotchilar va amaliyotchilar tajribasini hisobga olgan holda pedagogik kompetentsiyani takomillashtirishning turli usullari tajribasi o'rganildi.</em> <em>Tadqiqot mavzusining mohiyati uning ta'lim jarayonidagi ahamiyatidan kelib chiqadi. O‘rganish jarayonida o‘qituvchilarning pedagogik mahoratini shakllantirish va oshirishda tegishli usullardan samarali foydalanish bo‘yicha tahlillar o‘tkazilib, tavsiyalar berildi.</em>
