PRECLINICAL DRUG DEVELOPMENT PROCESS OF RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS MECHANISMS TO STUDY MORPHOLOGICAL CHANGES IN THE CELL AND VASCULAR STRUCTURE OF THE HEART IN EXPERIMENTAL ANIMALS
