Аннотация

Objective: To determine markers of endothelial dysfunction in patients with systemic vasculitis after covid infection. Methods: In the study of 90 patients, the concentration of factor Villebranda (FV) and endothelium1 (ET-1) - informative markers of endothelial dysfunction in patients with systemic vasculitis, coronavirus infection. Results: The article describes the clinical picture of chronic generalized periodontitis in systemic vasculitis in patients who have had a coronavirus infection, and provides correlations between factors that affect the severity of periodontitis in systemic vasculitis. Conclusions. Our results confirm that in patients with systemic vasculitis and previous COVID-19, there is a statistically significant increase in the concentration of endothelin-1 and VWF (p < 0.01), which is evidence of damage to the endothelial layer of blood vessels.
