IMPROVING THE THEORETICAL AND LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR THE PROVISION OF FREE LEGAL ASSISTANCE BY LAWYER

This article discusses some scientific and theoretical issues of providing free legal assistance. The author analyzed the opinions of Uzbek and foreign scientists regarding the provision of free legal assistance and other legal categories and entered into a scientific discussion. In particular, the right to free legal assistance, the measures implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the draft law expected to be adopted, the experience and problems of advanced foreign countries were carefully analyzed, and scientific and theoretical conclusions were drawn.
