APPROACHES TO THE DESIGN OF TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEMS AND THEIR USE IN COMPUTER EDUCATION

In this article, software development of information exchange in telecommunication technologies is studied and analyzed, and their role in information transfer, especially the aspects of quality communication transfer, is analyzed. Aspects of interdependence of today's modern means of communication are considered.<br> Also, database management, their management experiences were studied, and the most popular programs used in data transfer were analyzed and the conclusions were highlighted. The telecommunication environment of educational materials is formed, and the participants of the educational process are illuminated in connection. In order to decide on the choice of a database management system that implements a database in the teaching of computer science using telecommunication technologies, the main features and characteristics of several common database management systems were reviewed and applied. : PostgreSQL is an object-oriented database management system: MySQL, Firebird, Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM DB2, Sybase, etc.<br> By telecommunication systems, we mean spatially distributed systems that provide the opportunity to receive and exchange information at any time of the day and anywhere in the world.
