CONFLICT SITUATIONS IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE ENTERPRISE, WAYS OF THEIR REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT

<em>The article is devoted to increasing the level of their development and progress based on the effective organization of their work by studying conflict situations at the enterprise and their causes.</em> <em>The article deals with conflict situations in the enterprise, their causes and methods of conflict resolution. To this end, the article analyzes and studies the impact of the conflict, its types, their origins, causes and consequences on the collective environment.</em> <em>The article studied, analyzed and described conflict situations in the company's activities, their causes and consequences, the successful implementation of management and organization, the possibility of improving the efficiency of work on its basis.</em> <em>Based on the results of the analysis and assessment of conflict situations carried out by the authors, some ways of eliminating the causes and consequences of conflicts were considered and discussed, proposals and conclusions were given.</em>
