PLACE AND ROLE OF WATER USER ASSOCIATIONS IN ENSURING THE RATIONAL USE OF WATER RESOURCES OF FARMS

In this article, the history of the development of water user associations in ensuring the use of water resources of farms, the rights and obligations of water user associations, the adoption of the regulation on water use and water consumption procedure, as well as the regulation of water user associations by the Cabinet of Ministers on January 5, 2003 "Agricultural enterprises" on the measures of transformation into farms" on the basis of the decision No. 8 and within the requirements of Article 72 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, it is organized as a non-commercial, nongovernmental organization, and reflects on the place and role of water consumer associations in the legislation.
