THE STUDY OF GENETIC MARKERS OF ACUTE LEUKEMIA

Abstract: The article examines molecular-genetic markers based on biochip technologies for diagnosis of leukemia.\n\nThe purpose of the study. To study the frequency of genetic changes in the diagnosis of acute leukemia based on biological microchipping.\n\nMaterials and methods of research. The study included 54 patients admitted to the RSSPMCH in the period from 2018 to 2019 with primary diagnosed acute leukemia. All patients underwent a molecular genetic study.\n\nResults and discussion. The results of study the frequency of detection of chromosomal changes by biological microarray in patients with acute leukemia showed a high frequency of detection of the main chromosomal changes in acute leukemia: t(9;22)p190, t(15;17), t(8;21), inv(16) and t(11;19).\n\nConclusion. Based on the obtained data, the criteria for accurate diagnosis and prognosis of acute leukemia were determined.
